If there are still people dumb enough to think they will received millions of dollars from a dying person in Nigeria or elsewhere, surely there are people dumb enough to pay someone to give a seminar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I assume you are in England or Europe (...cost you £X...).
