Facilitation

Facilitation and group problem solving is regarded as the key management skill for the next decade. Embedding sustainable change into organisations requires ownership of the solution and facilitation has been shown to be one of the most effective ways of achieving this. Our trained facilitators have extensive experience of planning and co-ordinating group decision making and engagement sessions.

Case Study: Waste Awareness Partnership Creative Day, Durham County Council

Terra Infirma is working with the Durham Waste Awareness Partnership to develop innovative ideas to raise public awareness of waste and promote waste minimisation. The project centres around a facilitated brainstorming exercise at the annual ‘creative day’ for the waste awareness officers of the District and County councils.
