Food Climate Research Network
It is a well established fact that food is a huge part of our environmental impact. Well there's a new network looking at the relationship between that food and climate change: the
Food Climate Research Network. There are some interesting working papers on the network website, including a breakdown of emissions that shows that, overall, agricultural practice is much more significant than, say, food miles.
Looks like a good resource to keep an eye on.
