My first ever Sustainability role was as a Research Assistant on the Design for Environment project at Newcastle University’s Engineering Design Centre. I left the EDC over 25 years ago, but those two years left me with a deep and lasting passion for eco-design. Somewhere along the line, and neither of us are entirely sure when and where, I met Vicky Lofthouse who was ploughing a similar furrow.
