While much of the transport sector is electrifying, this week on the pod, I’m joined by Philip Fjeld of ReFuels, who argues that biogas can play a significant role in decarbonising logistics. We discuss the technology, the economics and practicalities of different HGV propulsion systems and, my personal highlight, the challenges of bringing new infrastructure online, which applies to the wider energy transition as well.
