Our Sustainability engagement process is extremely successful because it is based on one fundamental principle:
Everybody is an environmentalist, but they may not be your type of environmentalist.
What this means is you cannot use the same engagement approach for every audience. Instead you have to work out what buttons to press for each to start the engagement process. I call this Green Jujitsu as it works to the strengths of the audience the way a jujitsu expert adjusts their technique to the strengths of their opponent.

Your host is celebrated Sustainability guru Gareth Kane, author of 5 books on business and Sustainability including The Green Executive and Green Jujitsu. Gareth has worked with hundreds of businesses and public sector organisations to embed Sustainability including the BBC, Black&Decker, the NHS, Johnson Matthey plc, Interface, News International and BAE Systems.
